What I’ve noticed about myself is the negative "what if's" consume me. I've wasted a countless amount of time worrying about outcomes I have no immediate control over, it can be overwhelming and completely and utterly useless. Most of what I worry about truly never comes to fruition anyway. So why waste the brain cells, right? Now, the question is, how do you stop the "what if" game in your head?
