How the Program Works

The Sales Leader Growth Series is a customizable program with nine different courses to select from for a comprehensive growth plan. Each of the nine courses includes 2.5 hours of instructor-led training (ILT) with Sandler facilitators over 9 sessions.

We empower sales leaders with the behaviors, attitudes, and techniques needed for success, challenging them to use these strategies  and tactics in real coaching sessions on real deals, ensuring real results. 

  • Program runs every 3rd Wednesday from 9:00 - 11:30am
  • Interact with professionals around the country
  • Peer to peer learning with like-minded professionals
  • Access to the Sandler Learning Management System or LMS. The LMS will contain micro-learning that can be accessed 24-7
  • Attend in-person or online
  • Coaching is also available
