Rob is an avid runner, golfer, & hobby farmer who lives in Lagrange with his wife Amy and their three children Zander, Lyla, and Flynn.

Rick's journey into the world of sales and management training was anything but conventional. He spent much of his career working with several of North America’s largest steel distribution centers providing a broad range of products, value-added services, and logistic solutions to companies in diverse industries such as Oil & Gas, Semi-Conductor, Aerospace, Power Generation, and Capital Equipment Manufacturing.
A native of Northeastern Ohio, Rick is a 1989 graduate of the University of Akron where he earned his BSBA in Marketing with a focus on the industrial sector. In 2013 he began his distinguished career providing professional development opportunities for growth minded individuals seeking to be the best at their craft.
