Time management is the number one issue that I hear from people today, but how can we possibly take on more when we can't even get done what we have today?

Following these steps will help you be more productive and have more time:

1)  Do the #1 task that you're dreading
Procrastination always rears its head when it's a task that we absolutely despise, so naturally, we procrastinate getting down to work. Get it done, you'll feel relieved and you can move on to the work you actually enjoy doing.

2) Work on revenue-generating activities early
It's very easy to get caught up in the busy work, but get the activities done that you can directly attribute to revenue. Your bank account will thank you.

3) Learn to- do it, delegate it, or ditch it
You are only one person. Don't be the person that's a control freak and can't let anyone help you. If you are going to grow either personally or professionally, you're going to need some help. If it's been on your to-do list for more than 2 weeks, you probably aren't going to do it, so either delegate it or ditch it!

One of the things we can't create more of in life is time. Time is precious, and we should be sure to spend our time wisely. This means not only doing the important things but the things that we truly enjoy.
